Scheduled - Regiondo planned maintenance – 30th March

We're doing some planned technical improvements at the end of the month which require a brief period of downtime.

This means Regiondo will be offline for about four hours from 9:30pm on the 30th of March until about 1:30am on the 31st of March.

In an effort to provide the best possible service, we're moving more of our systems to the cloud. Please note that your data is absolutely secure and no privacy policy or other regulations are affected.

The change ensures the following improvements:
- Higher stability of our system so you can sell tickets without technical interruptions.
- Increased speed so your customers get a faster checkout and a better user experience.

Regiondo geht aufgrund technischer Verbesserungen am 30. März offline!

Wir sind immer bestrebt die neuesten Technologien zu verwenden, um den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten.

Aufgrund einer technischen Verbesserung im Hintergrund geht Regiondo am 30. März ab 21:30 Uhr für etwa vier Stunden offline. Diese Verbesserung beinhaltet unter anderem den Umzug in die Cloud. Dieser Umzug gewährleistet folgende positive Änderungen:

Die Stabilität unseres Systems wird erhöht, um technische Probleme weitestgehend zu vermeiden.

Die Geschwindigkeit unseres Systems wird erhöht und ermöglicht Ihren Kunden einen schnelleren Zahlungsabschluss und eine bessere Benutzerfreundlichkeit.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass keine Datenschutzbestimmungen oder andere Regelungen davon betroffen sind. Ihre Daten sind weiterhin so sicher wie bisher.

Alla fine del mese effettueremo alcuni miglioramenti tecnici pianificati che richiedono un breve periodo di downtime.
